We collect: name, email, phone number, payment information (processed securely via Paystack, Flutterwave, or Korapay — we never store card details), course progress, assignment submissions, business activity logs, and communication within the platform.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to: deliver your enrolled courses, track your learning progress and merit score, process payments, communicate with you about your account, and improve the Alt Akademyx platform.
NDPR Compliance
Alt Akademyx complies with the Nigerian Data Protection Regulation (NDPR). You have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, delete your account and associated data, and port your data.
Data Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. We use Firebase Authentication for identity management and Convex for secure database storage. Payment data never passes through our servers.
